What aspects of this job will improve your life?
This is a role where you’ll actually feel the impact of your leadership.
Working within a small 36-bed facility, you’ll have the ability to build genuine relationships with residents, families and staff – not just manage from a distance. The team is close-knit, culturally diverse and values strong, supportive leadership that sets the tone on the floor.
The lifestyle is a trade-off, but one many find worthwhile. This is a vibrant rural community where the pace is slower, the commute is minimal and your work is truly valued. While you won’t have immediate access to major city amenities, coastal centres and larger hubs are still within a few hours’ drive – offering the best of both worlds.
If you’re looking to step into a stable role where you can lead, mentor and make a lasting contribution – rather than using it as a stepping stone – this is opportunity that offers long-term satisfaction.
