Beginning her career in London in 1998 with Harvey Nash, Jill quickly established herself as a leader in contract and permanent recruitment, working with clients across the UK and Europe.
After moving to Australia in 2003, Jill founded Precision Sourcing in 2005, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the business into a specialist recruitment partner with an emphasis on quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships. Her leadership and commitment have been central to establishing a culture of excellence and care that continues to guide the group today.
